1. Register your project at https://pentas.app and Select KILIEX 2026.
2. A letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be automatically issued for the accepted project.
3. Please check Portal for the copy of the PROJECT ID (I.E. YS10, 3MT1, SS1, ST1)
4. Upload your video to any YouTube.
5. Please ensure that you set the permission to public or unlisted.
6. Pay the participation fee via Pentas Payment System.
7. Upload your video link and evidence (Google Drive - please upload a copy of your presentation video as a backup) via Portal.
8. The organizer will verify the payment, video, and/or evidence link.
9. Once verified, the video will be uploaded to Virtual Booth.
10. A panel of expert reviewers will review all the projects submitted.
11. Most Outstanding Video Awards will be selected by the juries.
12. Announcement of results through the YouTube Channel, website, and email.
13. The judges’ decision is final, and no appeals will be entertained.

• KILIEX is open to participants from Primary School, Secondary School, Tertiary Institutions, and Professionals.
• Participation fees are only applicable to Professional and Tertiary categories. Participation for Primary School and Secondary School categories is FREE.
• FREE categories (Primary School and Secondary School) will receive an e-Certificate of Participation and an e-Certificate of Award (if applicable).
• Participants in Primary School and Secondary School categories may purchase an official KILIEX medal after the results announcement at RM50 (Malaysia) or USD50 (International) per medal.
• Primary School Category is open to primary school students. The project must be led by a primary school student. Teachers or supervisors may be be listed as team members.
• Secondary School Category is open to secondary school students. The project must be led by a secondary school student. Teachers or supervisors may be listed as team members.
• Professional and Tertiary projects will each receive ONE (1) complimentary official KILIEX medal.
• Primary School and Secondary School participants will receive an e-Certificate of Award (where applicable). Official medals may be purchased after the announcement of the results.

• Video Duration: Within 6 Minutes and 30 Seconds

• Orientation: Landscape

• Submission: Upload to your own YouTube Channel. Please set permission to ‘Unlisted’ or ‘Public’.

• Must start with video introduction of team members – including name, and organization/university name.

• Contents – Introduction, problem statement, solution, impacts, commercialization potential, publication (if available), copyright (if available), any additional criteria.
• Please provide A COPY of your presentation via Google Drive as a backup.

• A school authorization letter is mandatory for Primary and Secondary School participants.
• A project submitted without the Authorization Letter will not be approved and will be disqualified.
• Each school must register with the system to automatically approve/reject the application via the following URL: https://www.pentas.app/institution/register
• The registration must be completed by an authorised school authority ONLY - an official school appointment letter is mandatory.
